We are seeking a Technical and Customer Support Specialist for our Aftermarket & Warranty section to support our growing service operations. This role will act as the key technical contact for local sales teams customers installers end users and Service Partners providing both remote and on-site technical support across the entire product lifecycle.
You will manage warranty and non-warranty field service requests support service partners ensure proper procedures are followed and contribute to product improvement and aftermarket business development.
Serve as the main point of contact for technical support related to warranty and non-warranty issues.
Coordinate field service requests and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Support and guide Lowara Service Partners in technical evaluations and audits.
Organize product returns for detailed analysis according to central team guidelines.
Evaluate and manage warranty claims using approved internal tools.
Conduct service training sessions on troubleshooting commissioning and failure analysis.
Provide on-site field support for installations and technical issues with high business impact.
Identify and communicate product quality concerns to both local and central teams.
Support field test initiatives and product validation activities.
Propose and support aftermarket business initiatives such as spare parts or service contracts.
Promote and implement health and safety procedures across all service activities.
Develop and manage profitable maintenance contracts including contractual and financial elements.
Technical High School Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
23 years of experience in after-sales pre-sales product quality or customer project roles.
Experience in a structured organization with service operations.
Solid technical knowledge with a problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems including basic electronics and standards (e.g. IP ratings CE declarations).
Proficient in ERP systems Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
Proficient English skills to understand and work with technical documentation.
