Job purpose
The Mechanical Engineering Internship is designed to offer a technically focused hands-on learning experience within the development of eDrive systems. The intern will be exposed to the complete mechanical development process with a strong emphasis on practical engineering tasks and design fundamentals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating detailed 3D CAD models and mechanical drawings of eDrive components with Siemens NX
- Support tolerance analysis and ensure design compliance with manufacturing and assembly requirements
- Document engineering findings update technical reports and assist in preparing presentations
- Preparation in design reviews and inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies. Assist in preparing and conducting mechanical testing including data collection and initial analysis
- Help investigate component issues and support root cause analysis activities
- Follow engineering processes and quality standards throughout assigned tasks
What we are looking for
- Student of Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
- Availability of minimum 25-3 days per a week
- Very good written and spoken English is required
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Self-directed / self-motivated personality
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience or training in Teamcenter PLM software or equivalent experience
- Experience or training in Siemens NX 3D/2D software
- Having programming skills will be beneficial
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- JIRA / Confluence familiarity will be an advantage

Recruitment process:
- CV Review - Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements
- Phone Interview (approximately 20 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background expectations and answer any preliminary questions
- Technical Interview (1h) - Conducted in English with the manager and an additional team member this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interview can be held via Teams or at our office
