Responsibilities:
Identify research and onboard new B2B clients (IT/Network Telecom/Medical manufacturers & Cloud service/data center providers) around the globe through cold calls networking online platforms and international industry events.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales leadership.
Handle and perform a complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and guide clients through the sales process while ensuring a professional and consultative approach.
Draft compelling sales proposals pricing models service presentations and negotiate terms to close deals in alignment with company policies.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions that align with their goals and business models.
Foster long-term relationships with business clients to encourage repeat business upselling and referrals.
Maintain records of sales activities and data using tools such as CRM software Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo and provide regular updates to sales leadership on pipeline status and forecasts.
Coordinate onboarding and after-sales support to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer retention.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver client solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitive landscape and regional business trends.
Attend international trade shows industry events or virtual meetings as needed.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
