Hill Queen Tea a fast-growing D2C Tea brand rooted in Himalayan heritage is looking for a Business Growth Intern to work directly with the founder. This isnt a paper-pushing internship. From Day 1 youll drive high-impact growth initiatives across influencer marketing e-commerce and social media. If youre someone who has already dabbled in these areas and is now looking for a hands-on full-time role that offers learning ownership and purpose this is for you.

What Youll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

Youll work directly with the founder taking ownership across three high-leverage areas:

• E-Commerce & Q-Commerce Expansion
• Assist in listing Hill Queen Tea across leading marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms. Youll help identify new platforms reach out negotiate and onboard the brand becoming the growth engine behind our retail presence.
• Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
• Build and manage a strong influencer ecosystem across wellness lifestyle and food creators. Youll run outreach campaigns design collaborations and manage relationships that drive meaningful buzz and trust.
• Social Media Growth
• Plan post and manage daily content across Instagram and LinkedIn. Run campaigns engage with the audience and turn social into a core growth channel. Think of yourself as the brands voice in the digital world.

Plus: As part of the founders office be ready to jump into special projects and growth experiments. Whether its brainstorming a viral campaign or organizing a pop-up event youll get a taste of all aspects of building a startup.

Who Should Apply (Ideal Candidate)

If youre a self-starter who loves the idea of growing a brand and isnt afraid to hustle we want to meet you! Youd be a great fit if you:

• Education: Tier-1 college in India (Preferred).
• Youve previously worked or interned in influencer marketing social media D2C brand building or platform onboarding.
• Youre proactive creative and articulate someone who can own their work and run with it.
• Youre naturally curious driven and not afraid to experiment.
• Youre on top of Instagram trends know how to write a killer DM or pitch an idea to a content creator.
• Youre brand-sensitive you understand tone vibe aesthetics and storytelling.
• Youre someone who values trust collaboration and thoughtful communication.
• (Bonus) Tea Lover: You have a thing for tea or wellness lifestyles. Not mandatory but it helps when youre repping a tea brand .
