As part of our Higher Education team the Bachelor of Community Services program prepares students for real-world careers in human and community services through quality teaching ethical practice and hands-on learning opportunities.
About the Role
This is a strategic role for a max term period of 12 months. You will take the lead in developing and managing key industry partnerships across Western Australia to secure high-quality fieldwork placements for students. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing student employability maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards and supporting the long-term growth and reputation of our academic programs.
You will ensure all placements are safe supportive and aligned with course learning outcomes and workforce needs. Working in close collaboration with the academic staff and students you will also contribute to program planning quality assurance and continuous improvement initiativesensuring our students are well-prepared for meaningful careers in the community services field. This is a maximum 12 month contract opportunity.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement outreach or client-focused roles will support your success in this position.
