Job Description

10 month school year position - same schedule as students at Westport Community Separate Classroom1:1 LPN Nurse to attend to medical needs in Special Education classroom including monitoring of seizures Gtube feedings and administration of medication via Gtube and/or other with health needs of including but not limited to nutrition hydration mobility elimination comfort rest and hygiene and educational medical plan of care for student with health with activities of daily living toileting and with performing aspiration to perform duties of paraprofessional at teachers instructionRecent experience providing medication as needed for a seizure working with children with severe disabilities including no or limited verbal communication support other students as duties under the supervision of the RN.
