You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Grants Managers primary responsibility is to oversee Outside Ins grants for Youth Services General Operating Clinic and Health Services and /or Behavioral Health Services including funder relations proposal research development and submission processes project management and tracking and reporting program outcomes.
The Grants Manager is responsible for relationship management of key funders and driving long-term grants strategy for the agency. This role requires an understanding of social and health issues impacting people experiencing homelessness and poverty with particular consideration for the interplay between housing status and other factors including race immigration status and gender identity.
The Grants Manager will lead the development of detailed complex and compelling narratives and budgets supported by trusted research and data and be able to describe the impact of interventions delivered by the agency. The Grants Manager will be expected to coordinate and collaborate effectively with staff at all levels across departments and maintain strong working relationships with funders.

This job is eligible for remote or hybrid work after a period of familiarity with on-site teams. If working onsite there is a standard office environment this job will be working in.
Physical Requirements
This job requires operating and communicating via phone computer and other pieces of office equipment. Moving inside the building and among surrounding sites is expected. Sporadically moves boxes and/or items weighing up to 10 pounds.
