Administrative Assistant

Location: Kennesaw GA This is an in-office position

DC Enclosures is looking for a super-reliable self-starter to join our office team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role youll wear many hats supporting our Operations Manager Sales & Marketing team and occasionally stepping in to help with HR tasks. Youll assist with scheduling preparing quotes dropping off permits answering phones and helping coworkers whenever needed. This is a full-time in-office position from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are a drug-free workplace.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Answer phones and take messages or help clients when the Operations Manager is away

  • Set and confirm appointments for design consultants and follow up with leads

  • Help prepare quotes customer documents and reports

  • Drop off permits and help with permit paperwork

  • Provide data entry and organizational support in QuickBooks

  • Help with scheduling and coordination between departments

  • Pitch in with basic HR functions such as onboarding support and employee paperwork when needed

  • Assist with errands mail filing and general office upkeep

  • Support showroom staff and marketing activities

  • Help with team lunches events and training coordination

  • Step in to help coworkers when theyre out no job too big or too small

Were Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is highly dependable and consistently shows up ready to work

  • Takes initiative and enjoys being a self-starter

  • Can communicate clearly and professionally with clients staff and vendors

  • Is comfortable learning about HR tasks and understands the importance of keeping things organized and confidential

  • Is flexible cooperative and happy to help wherever needed

  • Has experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Is familiar with Office 365/TEAMS

  • Enjoys multitasking and organizing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 2 years of office assistant experience

  • 2 years of QuickBooks experience

  • Experience in a construction or contractor office setting (required)

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • Must pass a background check

  • Able to work on-site from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
