We are looking for an individual who isnt afraid to work hard including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
- Utilize company-generated leads and your own self-generated leads to obtain appointments for painting estimates
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers in their homes to provide customized proposals
- Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships
- Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates through job completion and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Consistently hit weekly appointment and sales goals
- Following up with customers
- 2 year degree in a related field is preferred
- Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry is preferred
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- History of accomplishments and promotions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
