Lockheed Martin Space seeks a level 1 Program Planning professional to be part of our mission supporting the SPICE program. As our Program Planner you will support the execution efforts across multiple sites. For your assigned component you will interface with Engineering Business Operations and Program Management and will engage with senior management. Additionally you will be responsible for developing a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program.
Summary of key duties: In this role your responsibilities will include...
1. Support development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the IMS and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
2. Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule and supplemental schedules
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
4. Identify Critical/Driving Paths performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis and developing corrective actions
5. Provide planning support to Production Operations and Program Integrator as part of monthly management rhythms; ensure schedule accuracy
6. Perform schedule integrity checks
7. Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
8. Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
9. Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
Our level 1 employees typically have 0-2 years of professional experience.
Although this position does support some teleworking the selected candidate will be located near one of Lockheed Martin Space facilities listed below and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of program management principles practices and tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree
Active Secret security clearance
Exposure to Network scheduling tool (MS Project Open Plan Primavera etc)
Experience with Earned Value Management
Possess strong critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple/changing priorities
Demonstrated success performing in a team environment
Well organized and detail-oriented
