Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging high-quality content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and connect with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create original content for social media blogs websites and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and align content with brand goals.
- Produce multimedia content including videos graphics and written posts tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
- Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts for optimal reach.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation social media management or a related field.
- Strong writing editing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram YouTube LinkedIn) and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content work is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Understanding of audience engagement strategies and trends in digital marketing.
