As Attendance Improvement Coordinator youll be at the forefront of our mission to promote excellent attendance and punctuality working closely with students families and staff to reduce absence and build a culture of aspiration and achievement. Its a challenging role but also an incrediblyrewarding opportunityto make areal and immediate differencein the lives of our students every single day.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Designing and delivering initiatives tomotivate studentsand improve attendance.
  • Monitoring and analysing attendance datato identify patterns and concerns.
  • Liaising with parents/carersand external agencies to address attendance issues.
  • Conductinghome visitsand attendance meetings (Driving Licence required).
  • Supporting the wider admin team with flexibility and professionalism.

What Were Looking For:

  • Astrong background in conflict resolutionyoull handle sensitive conversations with confidence and care.
  • Akeen eye for detailaccuracy in data and reporting is essential.
  • The ability tostay calm under pressureand manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of school attendance systems and referral processes.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent)
