Description
As a Product Designer youll be instrumental in crafting intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. Your expertise will help shape the design direction of UACs web and mobile applications ensuring they meet user needs and align with industry best practices.
What Youll Do
- Deliver intuitive accessible user experiences through user flows wireframes prototypes and high-quality UI.
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver products and features.
- Contribute to and evolve UACs design system to support consistency and scale across products.
- Balance projects at different stages of development from concepts to refinement and iteration.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products with a focus in complex systems or enterprise software.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication skills to explain design concepts and decisions.
- Familiarity with conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing.
