Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide individual group and family therapy for children and adolescents (ages 521). In this role youll work closely with clients families and school staff to assess needs develop treatment plans and deliver direct clinical services. Responsibilities also include ongoing clinical assessment providing mental health education and participating in school or family support meetings when appropriate.
The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting youth in school and community settings and can coordinate care across systems to ensure services align with each clients unique needs.

Our comprehensive range of services include school-based therapy outpatient treatment psychiatric evaluations community support and substance use services.
Location: Durham NC - This position is classified as Onsite. The work is performed on-site or at a designated assignment location.
Compensation:This position is compensated using a piece rate model where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g. individual therapy group therapy assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.
The grid below shows earning potential based on achieving a standard 25 billable hours per week.
Estimated income ranges:
- Associate Licensed: $58800 - $60400
- Fully Licensed: $60400 - $64000
*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual family and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each clients needs.
- Collaborate with families school staff and support systems to support client treatment goals.
- Document all services accurately including treatment plans progress notes and clinical updates.
- Implement therapeutic and behavioral interventions including crisis support when needed.
- Use outcome tools to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and ensure quality care.

Position Qualifications
- Education:Masters Degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or a related field is required
- Licensure:Current mental health license in North Carolina (e.g. LCSW/A LCMHC/A) is required
- Additional Requirements: A valid drivers license and current automobile insurance is required.
