We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and participants via phone email and chat. You will be an integral part of our team providing critical support for our clients administration of COBRA Direct/Retiree Billing and Eligibility/Enrollment services.
