Coordinate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain quotes bind coverage and ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay informed about industry trends regulations and compliance requirements to effectively advise clients and maintain best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products including auto home renters and umbrella policies.
Strong understanding of insurance regulations coverage options and underwriting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
