Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information on products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that may benefit the customer.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain empathetic and calm in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using various computer applications.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
