Pay Rate:$80.00/hr.
Start Date: September 2 2025 End Date: August 31 2026
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CT (Excludes State Holidays)

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in public service while working with cutting-edge ERP systems
We are seeking 8 experienced ERP Developers to join a high-impact project supporting a major government ERP modernization initiative. Youll play a pivotal role in enhancing and integrating PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 specifically focused on Accounts Receivable and Billing modules while working alongside a large collaborative remote team.
What Youll Do:
- Develop test and debug PeopleSoft applications with a focus on FSCM 9.2 AR and Billing
- Perform complex data conversions and ETL from legacy systems into PeopleSoft
- Create seamless third-party interfaces using Integration Broker (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON)
- Execute SQL/PLSQL tasks on Oracle DB and script in Linux environments
- Analyze business requirements and craft detailed technical designs
- Collaborate using modern tools like MS Teams O365 and SharePoint
- Support standard SDLC and participate in off-hours work during peak project phases
Minimum Required Experience (8 Years):
- PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing
- PeopleTools (PeopleCode App Packages App Engine COBOL SQR)
- Integration Broker (REST SOAP XML JSON)
- SQL & PL/SQL in Oracle environments
- Linux scripting
- Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Business requirement analysis & documentation
- Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Visio)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the public sector (Federal State or Local Government)
- Experience with the State of Texas Comptroller (CPA) CAPPS Financials
- Treasury Offset Program (TOP) experience
- Familiarity with Jira SharePoint and STAT
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
