Come provide care to adults with serious neurological illnesses in our Neuroscience ICU. At UW Health an academic medical center and Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Program you will treat the most complex trauma and stroke cases in the state.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA):

Education:
Minimum
If Nurse Practitioner:
Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
If Physician Assistant*:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
