Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $51240 - $58790 per year

Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in customer service and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming communication via phone email and chat in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
