As part of a project for the German Sustainability Award and our corporate community we have already created over 3200 company profiles and 1000 sustainability solutions. The score4more platform and community continues to grow every day. We continue to develop as a start-up - in search of the greatest levers for sustainable transformation.

At score4more you contribute with your brainpower and technology skills to:
develop the largest global impact platform in order to shape a sustainable transformation
create new features to make it easy for companies to navigate transformation data identify suitable sustainable actions and solutions to transform faster
automate our scoring and data analytics to give companies an assessment about their sustainability performance
Scope of the position: full time
Working location: hybrid with remote option from Berlin or Potsdam office - main or secondary residency: Berlin/Brandenburg Germany (means you should have your a residency in Berlin-Brandenburg but you can work partially remotely)
Starting date: from August 2025 - permanent contract
Compensation: We have a transparent salary system and share programme in which you will be placed according to your professional experience - an adjustment/evaluation takes place after the 6-month probationary period
Vacation: 30 days
AI/ML development and platform integration: driving embedding ofAI/ML modelsand data analyticsinto the platform.
Software Development: Build and optimize the front-end and back-end ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.
DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines automate infrastructure setup and enhance deployment processes.
API & System Design: Develop APIs create scalable event-driven systems and integrate third-party services.
Collaboration & Code Quality: Work closely withdesignersfor an intuitive UI contribute toknowledge sharing and maintainclean test-driven code.
This role is perfect for a highly skilled adaptable developer who thrives in dynamic teams and wants to make an impact in a growing startup. It is important to us that you are motivated a quick learner and that you can work autonomously while familiarizing yourself with processes. We value a hands-on mentality encourage continuous learning and help each other grow as a team every day.
Full-Stack Expertise (4 years):Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React for front-end and Python for back-end development.
Data & AI/ML (2 years):Hands-on experience with Data Analytics Machine Learning NLP and LLMs incl. RAG Chunking and Finetuning.
Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum/Kanban for efficient project management.
Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks libraries and scalable architectures.
Test-Driven Development:Committed to writing clean structured and well-tested code.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability:Keep up with industry trends contributes to open-source and embraces change.
Strong Communication & Teamwork: Works effectively in remote-first distributed teams with a collaborative mindset.
Start-Up Experience:Experience in early-stage environments building structures and strategies from scratch.
Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency.
