About the RoleWe are looking for passionate Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for clients across industries and levels while enjoying the flexibility of remote or office-based working options.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from understanding client requirements to successful closures.
- Source screen and evaluate candidates using job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) social media and internal databases.
- Conduct headhunting for niche roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews take feedback and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and pipelines in the ATS/CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets and earn attractive performance incentives.
- Prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (consultancy or corporate).
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing platforms: Naukri LinkedIn job boards networking and referrals.
- Strong headhunting skills with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable using MS Office Excel Email tools.
- Passion for recruitment and career development.
- Fixed Salary:per month (based on experience and potential.
