We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management (FM) services for a major retail client. This role involves managing a network of supply chain partners to ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple locations within the designated region.
Role:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day FM operations across multiple retail sites ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards and KPIs.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage and collaborate with third-party service providers ensuring performance is in line with contractual agreements.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain robust performance management frameworks to monitor supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs.
- Budget Management: Manage regional P&L ensuring cost control and value-for-money service delivery. Whilst also looking for opportunities to maximise revenue and margin
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all services meet statutory health and safety and environmental standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to drive service improvements and operational efficiencies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Account Director and client on operational performance compliance and financial performance
Person:
- Proven experience in a Retail FM Contracts Manager role
- Experience with FM software (e.g. CAFM systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Proven track record of managing Supply Chain partners
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management Business Management or a related field (e.g. IWFM Level 5 or equivalent).
- Relevant technical experience (Hard Services)
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.

- Base salary 50000
