Restaurant Deli Cashier: Job Brief
- The Deli Cashier is part of a four-five person service team including Ordermaker Breakfast/Deli Server Cashier and Deli Supervisor
- Each position has its own duties however each position will be trained to cover any other Deli position for any length of time depending on scheduling.
- The lodge is a very busy remote location serving guests from all over the world
- Your main focus is your cash. You are responsible for all customers coming through the line.
Responsibilities and Duties
- You must remain at your cash station to accommodate customers moving through the caf for most of the day
- Make sure you keep your head up and continue with cleaning duties when you have no customers.
- You are responsible for the proper reconciliation of each cash out
- A nice thing about this position is that there are very few other duties besides cashier
Qualifications and Skills
- This position requires some previous customer experience. Serving experience is not required. Cashier experience is very much an asset
- To work in the Deli you need to have good customer service skill and be able to be part of the Deli team.

Compensation
- Wage: $15/hour plus tips.
- Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day.
- Completion Bonus: If contract is completed you will receivea bonus that will cover the cost of your rent.
- Referral Bonus: $500 if both yours and your referrals contract are completed.
