Job Description
ICF International seeks a skilled professional with Deltek Costpoint and Time experience to join our Labor Team as a Labor Analyst.
The. Labor Analystwill support the Labor Manager in all timekeeping and leave functions in Costpoint and Deltek Time. In addition to processing labor and leave this role will work with Project Controllers and Accounting staff to reconcile project setup account and org errors reconcile weekly labor postings for both regular timesheets and corrections maintain leave tables and balances and provide excellent customer service to employees.
Responsibilities:
Support the goals and objectives of the Labor department
Provide administrative and general technical guidance to users
Ensure all employees are setup with appropriate system access to allow them to record their hours perform corrections when needed and record leave
Possess the knowledge and experience to correctly set up/understand the setup of accounts projects and employee organizational structure along with their accurate linking in Costpoint.
Ensure the correct flow and setup of projects and accounts into Time & Expense including accurate account and organization linking in Time and Expense.
Export weekly timesheets from Deltek Time into Costpoint.
Troubleshoot issues that arise due to project set-up or account/org issues
Maintain leave tables and leave tracking for employees
Assist the Labor Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Participate in the development of policies and desktop procedures.
Maintain a healthy relationship with Human Resource and other Financial Accounting departments.
Research and resolve escalated Labor issues to correct inaccuracies including processing of corrections/adjustments from T&E.
Perform duties while maintaining strong prioritization and organizational skills and professional communications in all interactions.
Qualifications:
2 years of Labor processing experience preferably in a government contracting environment
1 year of Costpoint experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with government timekeeping regulations (e.g. DCAA compliance).
Familiarity with other timekeeping or payroll software systems
Professional Skills:
Strong data analytical skills
Excellent verbal interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
