Salary:Up to 15000 Attractive Incentives (Slab System)
Working Days:5 Days a Week (Alternative Saturdays Off)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Executive (BDE)to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation through online platforms and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads from platforms such as Upwork Freelancer or similar freelancing websites
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the internal team to convert leads into successful projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and meet targets
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms is required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
