Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to assess diagnose and treat patients with speech language and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology state licensure and excels in individualized care planning. Youll work with a diverse population maintain detailed records collaborate with care teams and educate patients and families throughout the therapy process.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language voice and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and therapy goals.
  • Perform routine screenings and assessments to detect impairments and establish baseline functionality.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation including progress notes care plans and outcome measures.
  • Collaborate with patients’ families educators and healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on speech-related conditions therapeutic techniques and at-home strategies.
  • Prepare and contribute to IEPs and related documentation when working with school-age populations.
  • Track patient progress adjust care plans accordingly and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
Experience You’ll Need

  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience in educational clinical or rehabilitative settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of speech and language disorders their etiology and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation systems and patient data entry.
  • Compassionate detail-oriented and comfortable developing IEPs.
