Job Description
We are an IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm helping our clients hire the right professional for an exciting long term project. Here are a few details.
Requirements
3 6 years of hands-on experience building HL7 interfaces using Epic Cerner Allscripts or integration engines like Cloverleaf and Health Connect
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows
Proven experience in configuring and building systems within the Epic EHR (Electronic Health Record) platform
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Ability to estimate effort for deliverables accurately
Understanding and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as per engagement needs
Experience in problem management including root cause analysis for incident resolution
Strong documentation capabilities (e.g. system understanding change management etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable and innovative with the ability to apply technical solutions across varied business domains
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Good to Have:
Epic Bridges certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Certification in Cloverleaf or Health Connect (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with engagement-specific project delivery processes
Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements and innovation initiatives
