The Customer Growth team helps drive Redfins business by turning website visitors into active home buyers and sellers. We run fast-paced experiments to understand user behavior improve how we connect with early-stage searchers and optimize our contact channels. Our work has a measurable direct impact on the businesss bottom-line and plays a key role in bridging Redfins online experience and in-person service.
The Role
Design build and maintain high-impact features that convert website visitors into home buyers and sellers
Collaborate closely with product managers designers analysts and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer
Rapidly prototype test and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement
Own the full lifecycle of features from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimization
Help shape the teams technical direction and contribute to decisions around architecture tooling and best practices
Participate in code reviews provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration
Who you are
3 years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically in React and Java
Proven track record of designing building and maintaining scalable high-performance web applications
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment handle ambiguity and empathize with customers
Brings a product mindset: curious about user behavior driven to improve the user experience and motivated by business impact
Previous experience working on A/B-experimentation teams a plus

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.
Base Pay Range: $121900.00 - 165100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances including the position location individual qualifications market finances and other operational business needs.
