Project Executive (DOE)
Current project is at Savannah River Site in Aiken SC.

We are seeking a Project Executive to join our team.
Specific Requirements:
- DOE DOD experience is required
- Earth work and/or heavy civil experience is a plus
- Willing to travel on per diem basis
- Experience with NQA-1 is a plus
Project Executive Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee all aspects of the construction project
- Assist in all levels of the project including project execution project planning project financials preconstruction and health and safety planning
- Align resources for optimal results across the division
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects within the agreed budget and following the pre-established specifications
- Develop a thorough understanding of the contract documents
- Knowledge of contract risk management as well as client-contract requirements and sub-contractor requirements
- Responsible for the supervision direction communication and development of the project team
- Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints scopes of work schedules specifications safety manuals etc.
- Develop strategies that support the companys growth to acquire new clients
Project Executive Qualifications
- BS degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
- 10 years experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Complete understanding of the construction process including cost control scheduling safety regulations and engineering is required
- Familiarity with change orders purchase orders RFIs submittals
Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
