Job Description
Assist in the direction organization administration and management of all aspects of a Division I Softball Program. Day-to-day coaching and individual skill instruction; Recruiting quality NCAA Division I student-athletes; Developing a culture of NCAA Division I compliance among staff and student-athletes; Monitoring student-athlete academic success; Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes and staff; Enhance the overall image of the university and its Softball program Assist head coach in all aspects of the softball program Pitching Coach Experience Preferred
