About the Job: In this position within the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) you will serve as a liaison and senior-level business analyst focused on the management of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing technical solutions that meet operational needs while also ensuring compliance vendor oversight and account management.
You will collaborate with CSPD stakeholders to gather requirements design IT solutions and act as the voice of the agency throughout the software lifecycle. This role will focus on improving service quality and ensuring vendor services deliver business value in a law enforcement environment.
