Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and friendly FOH Breakfast Waiting Team Member to join our morning service team. Youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for our guests ensuring every morning starts with excellent service and a smile.
Qualifications :
As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff you will
- Set up the dining area and breakfast buffet before opening.
- Open the restaurant doors promptly at 7.00am and welcome guests warmly.
- Take guests orders in a professional friendly and timely manner.
- Deliver food efficiently ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
- Regularly check and top up breakfast buffet items keeping the area clean and well stocked.
- Process payments accurately using the till system.
- Anticipate guests needs and respond quickly to requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all FOH areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure a smooth service.
- Assist with closing down the breakfast area at the end of the shift.
What youll bring
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable punctual and able to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
