Are you looking to join a commercially-focused leading real estate team whoseunderstanding of the real estate industry is thorough
Real Estate (Investment) Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
An ambitious UK law firm with a global reach
Role
Large-scale acquisitions and disposals co-investment structures the reconfiguration of property portfolios and sizeable development projects
Support senior solicitors advising on property investment funds pension funds property companies and developers across a range of sectors including mainstream investment and alternative assets
Assist with arange of prominent clients with high-value and complex matters ranging from investments and developments to real estate management
You
2-5 PQEsolicitor with knowledge of real estate investment transactions
Experience in conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals asset management portfolio financings
Have acted for landlords and tenants across sectors re: leases surrenders. conditional and unconditional lease agreements
Aptitude for business development
