Overview:
Due to growth Nikao Performance and Rehab is now hiring a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Tempe AZ.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! Support for the specialty area of the candidate hired is available.
Patient care is 1:1 and visits are booked every 40 minutes.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position will start in the ballpark of $45-$50 per hour. There is a $500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment and a $1000 bonus after 1 year of service.
Nikao Performance and Rehab offers benefits including a health stipend 2 weeks of PTO 6 paid holidays and $1500 per year for CEUs.
Nikao will build a customized benefits package based on the needs of the candidate hired.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm. Home visits are available both during the week and weekends. Flexible scheduling is available.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Dry Needling certification is preferred.
Part-time or PRN candidates will be considered.
