Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate and efficient repair plans for each vehicle
Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and OEM guidelines
Manage the repair schedule effectively ensuring timely completion of work
Communicate any repair supplements to customers and insurance providers promptly (same business day)
Stay current with industry innovations tools and repair procedures
Collaborate with management to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
DRP (Direct Repair Program) experience preferred
CCC One experience preferred
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong basic computer proficiency
A positive team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solid math reading and comprehension skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and repair techniques
Experience operating diagnostic tools and electronic equipment
Valid drivers license
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and care of customer vehicles
