    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop accurate and efficient repair plans for each vehicle

    • Prepare estimates in accordance with insurance partner and OEM guidelines

    • Manage the repair schedule effectively ensuring timely completion of work

    • Communicate any repair supplements to customers and insurance providers promptly (same business day)

    • Stay current with industry innovations tools and repair procedures

    • Collaborate with management to continuously improve processes and outcomes

    • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned to support team and business needs

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • DRP (Direct Repair Program) experience preferred

    • CCC One experience preferred

    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills

    • Strong basic computer proficiency

    • A positive team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Solid math reading and comprehension skills

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and repair techniques

    • Experience operating diagnostic tools and electronic equipment

    • Valid drivers license

    • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and care of customer vehicles
