Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four (4) years of related experience
- Journeyman Electrician License
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers requests via the work order manager application.
- Coordinates work with other departments and subcontractors.
- Performs work on high and low voltage power equipment hydraulic equipment and electrical controls.
- Designs fabricates and installs electrical circuits conduits and panels.
- Responds to fire alarm and elevator troubles.
- Maintains and repairs interior and exterior building lighting.
- Maintains and repairs parking lot and pathway lighting.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and parts and requests additional items as necessary per job project.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Requires walking standing stooping lifting pushing or raising objects exerting between 20 to 30 pounds of force on a recurring basis.
- Requires being exposed to indoor and outdoor temperatures and working at heights up to approximately 40 feet.
- Can multi-task utilize time management and be well organized and flexible.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and/or in groups.
- Ability to use a computer to record work time retrieve work order requests and submit requests for leave through established software applications.
