The CADD / Survey Technician will be responsible for preparing survey plats and maps including boundary as-built topographic and utility route surveys. Additional responsibilities include courthouse research project management CAD file preparation data processing from field crews and occasional fieldwork.
This is a long term need that is required to be fully on site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a office CAD Technician
- Proficient in MicroStationand AutoCAD
- Ability to perform courthouse research and process data collected by survey crews
- Experience with Creating detailed CAD files and perform construction staking calculations
