LK Jordan & Associates is partnering with a respected client in the construction industry to hire a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for their office in Spring TX.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Utilize Foundation accounting software (training will be provided)
Travel to San Antonio for several days of training with the corporate office
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking staff and clients
Requirements:
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Ability to travel for training
Prior administrative experience preferred
