Responsibilities
Responsible for providing assistance in the Foundation Department in an organized efficient and professional held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and position supports the mission vision and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.
- Assists with scheduling organizing planning and coordinating special events and activities to enhance the image of the Hospital and promote fundraising/philanthropy
- Helps identify potential contributors and supporters
- Keeps database of donors and past giving records; records expenses incurred and contributions received
- Helps to organize direct mail to reach existing and potential donors
- Assists Director in promoting and tracking annual giving program
- Receives and Receipts pledges and funds from contributors
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required upon hire.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with Fundraising Event Planning and/or Customer Service Required upon hire.
Licensure and Certifications
- Drivers License: North Dakota (AUTO:ND) Required upon hire.
