Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00

The Front Desk Concierge provides courteous customer support by answering and routing calls; taking messages; providing basic information to callers; greet and direct showroom traffic; maintain showroom vehicles and snacks; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them to various points of interest in the dealership.

  • Provide showroom maintenance and keep facilities organized and clean.

  • Fill and maintain snacks and coffee areas throughout the day.

  • Light cleaning as needed.

  • Offer and make coffees for guests.

  • Record customer information and ensure all guests are directed to the Client Advisor for all scheduled appointments.

  • Direct walk-in customers to a Client Advisor in a timely manner.

  • Minimize wait times for any guests that are waiting for assistance in the showroom.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.

  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

  • Excellent communication skills are required.

  • Ability to use multi-line telephone systems.
