Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching diagnosing and treating plagiocephaly (commonly called flat head syndrome). With over 300000 babies successfully treated we are the plagiocephaly experts and the leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses.
Cranial Technologies located in Tempe AZ manufactures the DOC Band a cranial orthotic product that is custom-made to each babys head. The DOC Band is the first FDA approved head band to correct cranial asymmetry.
We are currently looking for a Quality Associate to join our team!
Position Overview:
The Quality Associate is responsible for completing preventative and corrective actions as the result of audits as well as implementing process improvements as necessary. The Quality Associate is also responsible for document control for the Quality Department including facilitating changes to work instructions policies and other documents.
Essential Functions:
- Complete process preventative/corrective actions from audits or identified process improvements including documentation
- Maintain internal controls over Quality policies procedures work instructions and other company documents ensuring that they are stored properly and available as necessary
- Facilitate changes to work instructions policies and other documents within the established time period
- Obtain signatures and ensure the proper approval process is followed for all document and process changes
- Ensure proper distribution of all updated documents and processes
- Assist with Inspection Acceptance Activities and Qualitys calibration/verifications as necessary
- Complete regular reviews of assigned Quality documentation
- Assist with other areas of the Quality System as necessary
- Independently track and ensure that all assigned projects are successfully performed within established timelines
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and other sensitive data
- Assist during regulatory inspections
- Support the companys drive for continuous improvement
- Assist with other requests in support of company and quality objective

Assumes other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of quality inspection experience within a regulated industry
- Must be detail oriented organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively in a positive manner
- Ability to write in a clear concise manner
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work a minimal 40-hour week Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with variations to schedule as needed
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift minimal amount of weight less than 5lbs

- The pay range for this position is $45000 $50000. Pay is dependent on the applicants tenure in their field and relevant experience
