Job Description

The Center for Adult Education Work Study will be responsible for supporting CAE registration and daily office operations. She/he will report to the Center for Adult Education Director and will support the operations of the High School Equivalency (HSE) Community English as a Second Language (ESL) and Citizenship programs as necessary. The CAE Work Study will maintain a flexible schedule that may include evenings and some Saturdays.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting quarterly CAE registration especially online. There may be need to work a flexible schedule including evenings and occasional Saturday mornings.
- Responding to current and prospective student inquiries via phone and email.
- Filing student registration forms coursework certificates and other documentation.
- Updating and restocking flyers and other marketing materials.
- Attending community events to market CAE programs.
- Assisting with data collection and reporting including gathering survey information from students and instructors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual Preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Appreciation and respect for diverse populations
- Must have completed FAFSA on file
- Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
- Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelors Degree
- Must be seeking an eligible program of study
