Job Description
Rock Hill Ford is looking for a Guest Experience Driver. The ideal candidate would be self motivated adept at problem solving excellent leadership skills with potential for growth into overseeing remote experience.

Hourly wage starting at $17.00/hour. Full time. 40 hour work week.

Responsibilities
- Ensure to confirm scheduled and missed appointments for remote deliveries
- Facilitate coordination of tasks between Sales Service and PDI departments to successfully deliver customer vehicles for repairs or accessories
- Conduct transportation of vehicles within the lot and to various locations as needed
- Assist in shuttling customers to and from their homes or places of business
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane service stalls and parking lot accordingly
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from different property locations
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills including Outlook Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
- Previous Service Experience a plus
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual reliable and eager to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
