Whatyoull do

• Building successful relationships that generate sales opportunities
• Managing sales activities generating proposal writing contract customer correspondence
• Using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximise revenue
• Managing the day-to-day operation of the Leisure Club Team alongside the Leisure Club Manager generating rotas dealing with employee relations and driving employee performance & engagement
• Provide generalclub orientation to guests upon arrivalsuch as the location and use of locker roomsgym and pool
• Welcome and acknowledge each guest and member with a smile eye contact and a friendlywelcome using their name when possible
• Carry out regular Health & Safety checks pool testing sauna and steam room checks
• Process new members sign ups
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation gym locker rooms poolsidesauna and steam room
• Dispose ofrubbish and dirty linens in thecorrectarea
• Clean and stock supplies and amenities in the locker rooms
• Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager support with first aid ifrequired
• Monitor the pool area and ensure users are safe andadhering to rules
• Anticipate and address guests service needs

• Apool plantpool lifeguard and or first aidqualification are desirable although we support your training to obtain these qualifications

• Previous experience in managing a team
