The IT Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for delivering maintaining and improving our IT operations to ensure your colleagues can work seamlessly. A successful candidate must have strong communication service oriented skills and technical knowledge for troubleshooting process implementation and automation. We are looking for a reliable IT Engineer who is passionate about helping a very fast growing organization.
Provide day-to-day IT operational support
Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.
Document procedures guidelines and projects where you are participating.
Manage internal IT applications.
Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.
Provide advice evidence and guidance during audit engagements.
Oversee IT-related workspace setup ensuring optimal placement of networking
equipment workstations and meeting room technology.
Assist with facility-related requests including office moves power and network
issues and workspace reconfigurations.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety IT infrastructure and accessibility
standards.
Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to maintain a well-equipped and
functional workspace
Basic knowledge of building maintenance coordination facilities and services
Basic knowledge in Networking.
Industry related certifications (ITIL Network A CCNA etc.)
