The basics of this position:
The Manager Enrollment Services leads the daily operations of the campus Enrollment Services team providing supervision and guidance to Enrollment Service Counselors part-time staff clerical support student workers and Welcome Desk personnel. Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Services this position ensures a student-centered and seamless enrollment experience by integrating admissions financial aid registration and records services at the campus level.
The Manager collaborates with campus departments such as Advising Testing and Campus Life to remove barriers and support student enrollment registration and retention. Operating within federal state and institutional policies the Manager oversees staff training performance and service delivery to maintain compliance and high-quality service standards. This role serves as a campus liaison for enrollment-related initiatives including financial aid counseling student records management and support for special populations such as international dual enrollment and adult learners.
The Manager contributes to strategic enrollment planning ensures accurate documentation and reporting and participates in campus leadership activities to enhance student success. Utilizing tools such as CRM Recruit BANNER and other student systems the Manager monitors service efficiency and student progress throughout the enrollment pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant full-time experience preferred.
