Jim Riehls Friendly Chrysler Jeeps Service Department is currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Rental/Loaner Agent to join our team in Warren MI. As a Rental Agent you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the rental process for our clients.
Job Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Customer service skills for in-person interactions and during phone calls
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to vacuum and clean interior of a vehicle
- Ability to keep an organized appearance
- Ability to schedule and handle appointments for service customers
