Job Description
Position Objective:
The Operational Support Senior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of data integrity within the Third Party Command Center (TPCC). This includes facilitating seamless integration of data from source systems to TPCC ensuring accurate outputs and enabling downstream enterprise reporting with actionable and trustworthy data and insights. The role focuses on fostering collaboration exploring innovative solutions and building trust with our technical partners and business users through leading small projects or project steps within a broader project. Tasks will involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
General Description:
As an Operational Support Lead Analyst for our Global Procurement Organization you will play a key role in ensuring that the data entering TPCC meets high-quality standards enabling accurate and valuable insights across the enterprise. This position is central to bridging source data systems with GP&TPMS operations refining data outputs and supporting the larger enterprise data ecosystem. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to drive continuous improvement discover innovative solutions and establish trust through thoughtful collaboration and excellent results.
Duties and responsibilities
- Define and implement data quality standards for incoming data from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business users to ensure seamless integration and validation processes within the Third Party Command Center.
- Foster a mindset of curiosity and innovation exploring and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance processes and build a level of automation to new and existing reporting.
- Inspire participation from business users to ideate new solutions for reporting and gather feedback on potential enhancements of existing reporting.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand complex data flows and translate findings into actionable business processes.
- Oversee the creation of content and datasets produced by TPCC with a focus on measurable business results.
- Monitor and measure the quality of published data sets ensuring alignment with the enterprise ecosystem requirements and to build and maintain trust in the data from our users.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining data management processes quality benchmarks and reporting practices.
- Function as a data analytics technical advisor to our GP&TPMS cross functional teams.
- Represent Third Patry Analytics on Business Customer Trainings and Office Hours
- Support teammates with ad hoc reporting requests.
Qualifications/Technical Skill Requirements:
- Tableau
- Other BI Tools
- Alteryx/Data Prep tools a plus
- SQL
- Microsoft Office Tools

Experience/Knowledge:
- Bachelors and masters degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Statistical analysis experience using SQL Tableau etc.
- Experience interpreting and defining business requirements for complex business problems
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and take initiative with limited direction
- Identify gaps and opportunities in departmental process mapping of current state and the future state workflow
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts would be a plus.
