As a Driver Settlements Coordinator youre more than a number cruncheryoure the financial heartbeat for our fleet. Youll own the details spot inconsistencies and work closely with drivers departments and leadership to ensure every transaction is transparent and seamless.

Process driver payroll and settlements using our Trip Jacket module in TMIensuring correct pay deductions fuel transactions and reimbursements.
Set up new owner-operator accounts and ensure everything is ready for seamless settlements.
Track key company and owner-operator assets and keep master files updated and accurate.
Act as a go-to resourcecommunicating directly with drivers internal teams and leadership to resolve pay questions and discrepancies.
Prepare weekly settlements with a sharp eye for detailverify pay transactions audit for errors and provide supporting documentation.
Handle contract terminations with care ensuring outgoing owner-operators are settled quickly fairly and in line with contract terms.
Maintain both physical and digital filing systemsorganized accessible and always audit-ready.
Pitch in where neededsupport fellow settlement coordinators during high volume periods absences or training efforts.
Stay proactive flexible and always ready to help your team win.
High school diploma required; Associates Degree in Accounting Business or a related field is a plus.
12 years of relevant experience in payroll settlements accounting or back-office logistics support.
A love for accuracy and organizationyou triple-check your work and take pride in clean data.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Excel spreadsheets.
A self-starter mindset with an All In to Win attitudeyou adapt fast and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
